Ok, help guy's, got my monti Caps

I just got my Monti Cap frags about an hour ago.. Bag was cold but they seemed to be packed well. They were in 3 bags, and the box was lined with sytro and tightly packed with news paper. My concern though is that the one frag 1/2 of it is white and the other one about 1/4 of it is white, is this normal in shipping?

umm... no. I don't think so. I usually test a good shipper by measuring the temperature of the shipping water of the bags upon arrival. It shows if heat packs were used, enough, etc.
However, with good conditions the tissue will regenerate over that area.

The whole thing is completely white now both frags no color at all. Can see right through them. As far as the water, it was dang near ice cold.

dang that sucks....yep cold water bleaches just as fast as too warm of water...too bad none lived youll find some sooner or later

Yeah the guy is sending me replacements. Had to kick out more money for shipping, but it seems thats the way it goes in this hobby.
