Well thinking about serveral things. One thing is thinking about useing two pumps together in case one pump goes down I still have some flow.
I'm debating on useing one sequence 4300 sw or two blueline 100 pumps. One of the problems is the ruturn runs through an ocean motions 4 way valve. I know the bluelines are fairly quiet, but I have heard some people say the Seqeunce pumps are loud and some say they are quiet. Don't know who to believe.
I also read a lot of big tank threads where they talk about having to replace the seals in the seqeunce pumps right off the bat. Don't know if Sequence just went through a bad batch of seal or if this is common with them. Again some say they are quiet, others say they can't even sleep.
I just don't want the pump to go down and I'm without a pump running for serveral days. I travel some so I know my luck, the pump would go down while I'm gone:eek2:
You lose a significant amount of efficiency anytime you gang pumps this way. You would be better off using 2 independent loops. You will gain efficiency and redundancy.
