Found this in a local paper. Hopeing to check it out in the morning.


Oceanic Reef Ready tank. 180g on stand. Metal-halide light. 400 pounds of live rock, 100 pounds of sand, glass tops, large pump. Sump, belin protein skimmer.

$1200


Doubt i'm gonna pick it up though,

Got my second baby on the way and not really wanting to part with $1200 at this time. Maybe I'll have the ballz to offer him a grand. We shall see.

It would be an upgrade from my 10g nano w/ nothing in it. hmmm

Sounds like a good deal pending on if he has enough lighting and how well the live rock looks. It is definatly worth a second look

Heck, even if the rock's full of algae you have all kinds of time to re-condition it since you don't have to move anything over immediately. You have to figure that you'll have to immediately change the bulbs on the MHs. Good luck!

man just wait that might still be a little steep.... I got my RR 180 stand sump and pump for less than half of that and once I pieced it all together it was about that much.... also that is a pretty large tank for your first tank.

335 acrylic cube. fully stocked with fish , corals etc......all top of the line lights, reactors, pumps, skimmer, rodi, top off. the whole nine yards....now to make you cry......$1400 takes all!!!!!!

of course this is one of those times in my life that im too broke to think, otherwise id buy it!
since been sold now. GORGEOUS tank. won totm several times in several forums.

I just ran across a 150g for 250, pre-drilled w/ overflows, nice tank, and I really didn't have the money but somehow I managed to convince the girlfriend that we don't need to buy a refridgerator just yet. Thank god for fast food eh? :rollface:
