One leather closed up. others ok

I have had 2 finger leathers for around 3 weeks. the one that is now closed looked very healthy for the first week or so.
but now it has been closed up for almost a week.
The other leather that I got at the same time from the same tank is still doing fine and has grown at least a inch already.

First pic shows it closed up, and the second pic is from last week when it looked healthy. third pic is the other leather that still looks healthy.

All I have is PC lighting. 10ks at 96 watts and actinics at 96 watts. (not sure if this lighting system is good since i got everything used, but the guy i bought it from said he had corals in the tank)

Do they they have a waxy look to them? If so this is normal, I have some fingers that wax up once a month for 2 to 3 days, and I also have some that wax up 2-3 times a month for 2-3 days. This is normal, just make sure you have decent flow on the corals to help remove the slime, and run carbon to help clear the water. That fixture, is entry level, and I would upgrade when ever you can.

Its still closed up as of today. But it is starting to shed some "skin" or slime. So im hoping that it is about to bounce back.

Just to let you guys know. It totally bounced back today.
Yesterday it shed a lot of skin and when i got home from work it was upright and its polyps were extended. It looks great again! thanks guys
