Onyx and Chocolate clown question

would a chocolate and onyx clown get along? Both are perc's. I know every clown is different but just looking for a general feel on the two being a pair. Any insight would help

Chocolate is a ocellaris x percula hybrid and the onyx is a percula. Yes they will get along just fine provided they are both not female.

looking at the picture it looks like a perc looking at the eye and not ocellaris

Since the Chocolate perc./oc. cross has been cohabiting with a mated pair of Percs... it SHOULD have maintained it's juvenile status and be sexually immature, and therefore willing to pair with an Onyx who is either larger, or also immature. The larger of the two will become the dominant female in the pair. I stress the SHOULD here... no guarantees, YMMV, etc.

Np... judging by the look of that first pic that True Perc pair is pretty much busting that Choc.s chops anyway. About time for a quieter home with only ONE other Clown to live with. :thumbsup:
If I didn't already have my pair of plain old O.s I'd like that Choc... but Mac and Cheese have been with me a while and will stay despite the current trend towards fancy colors and patterns. :crazy1: LOL
