Opinion needed on adding a new fish

I have a pair of clowns in my 20 gal. I was wanting to get 1 more fish, a royal gramma. My clowns seem really aggressive though now. I don't know if it's because they are a "pair" now or what. But, today working on my tank, scraping coraline off the front glass and moving a few things around, they was attacking my hand like crazy, they lift bite marks. So, I'm just concerned if I add a new fish, they will gang up on it and kill it.

What kind of clowns are they? My gramma is quite a wimp. I even added him to the tank first. If it were me doing it I would rearrange all the rock and add the fish at night. Keep the lights off when you add him. The clowns should be too busy trying to find a new home or host to worry about the new addition. Try to find a larger gramma.

they are ocellaris. Ive decided not to add anymore fish though. I plan on keeping the 20 the way it is with the 2 clowns and gonna setup something bigger later on...
