Coloration looks good. The pic is a little grainy so I can’t make a guesstimate on its health. The flesh should appear plump with no coral skeleton visible.
$200 for a nice specimen would be a good deal in my area if it was fairly large (say 3” - 4” diameter). Candy apples of that size can go for $300+ in my LFSs.
