Do you think they will abuse cleaner shrimp?

The McCoskers will not bother the shrimp. I wouldn't put a sixline in with more peaceful wrasses though. It will most likely kill them. Despite their size, they are nasty fish.

Yes, indeed, especially not with flasher wrasses.

Im just looking for some reef friendly fish that will be alright in 40g

I have 3 chromis
and a Midas blenny

Thinking about.... 3 McCoskers flasher wrasse / 2 naked clownfish

Have any fish opinions that will add some color? I wish this tank was bigger, i love tangs haha
