Options for replacing 3155 pump

I read a post over a year ago that Tunze was working on a better pump for the 3155 but I don't think that ever happened. What are some of the recommended pumps to replace the stock Osmolator pump? I'm using it on my 200 Gallon in my office and it is quite loud.

I agree about the noise. I turned the pot to max in the controller to overcome a check valve and the noise level increased. I too would like a more quite pump.
Roger, any word on the new pump?

Did anyone ever find a solution to this. These pumps don't last long and looking for a different pump that works
