ORA Orchid Dottyback harem anyone tried this?

Been thinking of doing a harem of them as per ORA website

"Usually, adding multiple small individuals at once will likely result in a spawning harem."

Anyone ever done this and how did it go.
I have asked ORA what they consider a Harem as to idea on how many to get.
Use to have 1 back in the day and it was one of my favorite fish.

In the past I had 4 of them, 2 wild and 2 ora. The wild paired up, the ORA were independent. But the pair picked out a lair underneath a rock and in the back of the tank and were seldom seem. They are striking fish, and I think are a great addition to the tank.
