Orange Diamond Watchman Goby

I started a reef an fish tank (125 Gal.) about 3 months ago with a fine sugar-sized sand substrate base. I was getting diatom algae layer on the sand bottom. I purchased the Watchman Goby to stir up the sand and help eleviate the algae problem, however, since I put him in the tank, he sifts constantly and my water is cloudy on a regular basis. Just wondering if this cloudiness will subside or should I use a special filter pad to help catch the fine particles from the water? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

do you have a uv sterelizer??? it sounds like you dont. if you dont this will take care of the problem...

substate cloud should settle after while and keep any filters clean and i use a polishuing filter, it seems to catch more fine particles but plugs up rather quickly

you also might not have enough flow in your tank..what do you have , and do you notice you lr dirty as well...??
