orange marble starfish info?

there doesn't seem to be much info about these guys. anyone have any experience with them that they can shine some light to me? thanks

I got him 2 days ago and since then he has been moving along the top part of the tank. actually leaving an arm or 2 on the top surface of the water. any idea? I tried giving him a mysis shrimp, he didn't want it. all params are good except pH is at 8.0 but I don't think that is something to worry about. what do yall think?

There's not much info because virtually nothing is known about them. The best guess on their diet is that they feed on some sort of biofilm that grows on the LR, which is why they typically don't last more than a year in tank with less than about 100 lbs of established LR. They're also sensitive to low or quickly changing salinity. Keep it above 1.025.
