orca 200 skimmer

i purchased a orca 200 skimmer approx 3 to 4 weeks ago when they were on sale for 700 dollars. so far i have been very dissapointed with the performance, even after giving it the time to break in. members in my local club have the 250 and the 200's performance is in my opinion 1/5 th that of the 250. i have even had 2 250 owners help to dial it in with little improvement. m,y question is what is your return policy on the reeflo 200, i still have the orig boxes and it still is in like new condition.

Sorry to hear about the problems. If you are within 30 days of the invoice, we can still take the unit back. Just email me sales@premiumaquatics.com and I can look up the order, i'll put a note when you contacted us as well, so that will freeze it where you can try a few things first before doing the return if you want.

If you could also send some pictures, we could send those to the factory to have them look them over. THe Orca 200 we had setup at the shop last year seemed to perform almost as well as the Orca250, so I'm surprised to hear it's not working well, so could just be something not set right or a part that is defective.
