I regret that we are having such great difficulties with the club's www.o-r-c-a.com website. Our service provider (site5.com) is having real troubles providing a reliable server and it is going down a number of times every day.

We are in contact with the hosting service and, in my personal opinion, need to be looking for other options.

We appreciate your patience while we try to get this resolved.

Actually it probably just takes hosting that probably costs slightly more than $3.50/month. I have never even heard of site5 before and in hosting you tend to get what you pay for

Some of the hosting I have used in the past and have had good experiences with are http://apisnetworks.com/ and http://www.slicehost.com/

The second is a tad toward the pricey side but is really great if you actually know what you're doing to set things up on a server (or more work if you're not as famililar)

My wife uses godaddy and they seem to be reliable and quick to respond to technical questions, and I think they're fairly priced too.

Just to keep people informed:

We are hosted on a server that they know has a problem but they have not been able to diagnose what has been causing it.

In my mind you move your customers to a different server and then troubleshoot the known faulty server.

I'm keeping the fire to their toes.
