Order duplicate

I accidentally placed the same order twice today. I used my paypal account and it has been charged twice. I am trying to reach someone there and can not. Your website states that you open at 10am, but no one answers. I have left three e-mails regarding the order so that I don't get two of the same items shipped to me, and that my paypal account gets refunded. I would also like to add some items to the order that I found on your site after the fact. ANy help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
