Order problem

Placed an order on 9/3 and still have not received the order. I have tried to call several times on the phone, however, I continue to get a lady that says the 2 guys that can assist me are with other customers.

I have left my number and name and order number several times and have yet to receive a call back. I was told I would receive the item by the end of the month. Well it is the end of the month and I have not even received a tracking number for my item.

Very disappointed at this injunction. I'm about ready to file a Paypal claim... Don't want to, but I feel like I'm being given the run around.
 
Finally received the product I ordered. I will be taking my business to MarineDepot from now on. Not a happy customer!

If you want to learn something, learn how to take care of your customers in a timely manor and not lie/mislead them.

I placed in order in the middle of September as well, for an Aiptasia Zapper and two fans. Aquacave charged my card. Sent me a tracking number. Days later sent me an email that what the site said was in stock was not. Took me over two weeks to get the first item delievered, which did not work and over 5 weeks and 4 phone calls and multiple emails to get something close to the second item I ordered, which also did not work. These quite fans can be heard from 150 feet away with two doors closed inbetween, and are not the model I ordered.

I emailed you all, I called and spoke with Stacy only for her not to call me back, several times.

I did place about 2 grand worth of orders from Marine Depot and receive them with no issues at all inbetween placing my first order with Aquacave and receiving the last of my defective products.

I could try to file a grievance, or make more phone calls and emails to go unanswered but in my experience in this hobby you won't be in business long enough for me to recoup my losses.

Don't worry I posted on 7 other boards about my experience with you as well, 4 of them I am a moderator on.

12 years in this hobby Aqaucave is the worst seller I have ever done business with.

Stay away.

We never carried the item you mentioned "Aiptasia Zapper" and there is no one named "Stacy " that works here, please send us the order number for us to look into this matter. Thank you.
