Do ORP probes get shipped from the factory in a solution or are they dry?

There is KCl solution in the protective end cap.

How long does it take for the ORP probe to settle down and give a correct reading?

New ORP probes typically read low (between 100 and 200) when first placed in the tank, and the ORP rises by 25 to 50 mV per day until they stabilize. It may take as long as 1 week for the probe to break in.
