Orphek issues

I have 4 orphek Atlantik v4. One of them is not having any white or green LEDs lighting up. Not sure how to trouble shoot, I contacted orphek and they told me to to upgrade it to Icon, I don’t really want to spend the money to upgrade all 4 to icon.


I can upgrade the LEDs on this unit to icon, but I worry what if there is another problem such as the board? Has anyone experienced this or fixed this?

Do you send Orphek your old light and they install everything new? I see the prices on their website but no instructions. Just curious how old are these lights?
