Osmolater

I've recently been having problems with
This unit.
The problem I'm having is its overfilling the sump
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Do I need a new sensor?

How long have you had this Osmolator and was it working properly before?

I've had it for a couple of years,it just started doing this.
I came home and the alarm was going off as
The water level in the sump was high.
