My osmolator sensor is not working, the water level drops below and the pump does not turn on. The sensor is out of the water, and the controller still shows it is green.
I unplug and plug it back in, and the pump starts for about 20 seconds and turns off. So the pump works just fine. I also lifted the float, and it gives an alarm. So everything works except this sensor.
I'm leaving out of town for a week, and I have a 6 gallon nano. I'm really scared that this ATO is not working properly. Any suggestions?
