OT Charter cable

How many of you have charter cable for thier tv and/or internet. Are you haveing problems today also. My tv in the living room is fine except it keeps loosing signal and gets it right back. That one is thur a box. The cable in the bedrooms are dead, Now my internet is spliced off one of the bedrooms and it is on. So I 'm not understanding what is going on. If the line doesn't have a signal for tv, then how does it have signal for the internet? And why would a box allow us to get signal but the tv's on regular feed can't get a signal. Is this just the IL side. I tried since 300 this afternoon to get charter but I just get a busy signal. I get alot of people have the same question.

No probs on the Saint Louis side today for me...but I do experience that more than I would like to with my digital cable.

I was having some problems the other night and called the trouble line. They didn't mention my area but they did mention upgrades going on in the Fairview Heights area. Maybe they're messing around today near you. I have the phone/cable/internet package.

Yes, lots of probs today with both net and tv.

although its the same feed into the house, you can have tv and no internet, and vise versa

True, some parts of Illinois was getting some maintence done on alot of the main lines. Its due to the storms over that past two or three weeks. It should only be temporary. I would imagine the same is to come over here in Missouri soon....

I just didn't understand how it comes it the wall to the tv and splits and the internet works and tv doesn't. and the other line come in the apt. and split and the end to the living room works and the other end in the other bedroom didn't.
