OT-Looking for Phish tickets

This is off topic, but if anyone somehow got Phish tickets and won't be able to use them (and don't want 150%+ markup on them, like the TicketBa$tard sites selling a $49 ticket for $757), let me know. I can do cash or reef trades. I'd need two tickets(me and Jenn). I'm primarily interested in Knoxville, since we have friends that we cans stay with there, but would love some Alpine or Deer Creek (my two favorite places to see them). Since they quit doing mail order, real phans don't seem to be able to get rickets, just people with big credit card limits trying to make a killing of fof them. That said, it's been almost a decade since we've gotten to see them... Hearing some of th enew shows, it sounds liek they are back to the group I remember:). It was sooo much nicer when you had to have cash in an envelope to get tickets (nicely decorated, and waiting anxiously by the mail box when tickets came in...).

I get to see them in june, they are playing BONNAROO. The cool thing is that they are gonna be headlining twice. Bonnaroo is great its a 4day festival with over 150 bands playing. www.bonnaroo.com
The price you pay includes 4days, your camping (you dont have to camp you can stay at the hotel), water. If you have any questions about it let me know.

We checked out Bonnaroo tickets the day they went on sale and all that was left were $250 tickets. That may still be an option. My last Bonnaroo experience left a little to be desired, but for two headliners, I may have to bite the bullet. Maybe someone I know from Nashville will come off some tickets for single days. There are a lot of good bands, so it's worth it, but if we dropped the $500 for two tickets, there'd be no chance of going anywhere else. I know it won't happen, but Deer Creek would rock (Alpine, too, if it weren't lawn seats:D).

Hey this will be my second bonnaroo, Im not a phish fan. I have listened to something but will try one of their shows. Thats what i like about bonnaroo, can try anything (LITERALLY). Hey let me know If you the Bonnaroo route, we can caravan together and camp by each other.

I've been to Bonnaroo 5X and I just can't do the heat, the mud pits, the dust clouds or the crowd anymore. I really considered going again this year to see Phish and NIN, but the heat is just not worth it. We bought a camper to go to these events several years ago and I would ONLY recommend that route. We had phish tickets to Hampton. Trying to get them to Knoxville, but the only way that's going to be possible is to pay the high price. Sorry to say, no one is going to part with their tickets at a reasonible price. They are in high demand. Wouldn't it be worth it to see them once then not at all. I could tolerate the heat for one night. Once they annouce more tours hopefully the price will come down.

Phish and NIN. That's an interesting combo:).

I wouldn't count on the price coming down with the announcement of a tour. Since they went to online sales and Ticketba$tards, tickets have been rediculously high. You might be able to find some on the scene the day of, or if traveling from show to show, but when they had the first reunion tour, they stated that any people caught selling for more than the ticket price after being informed that you got a ticket would result in you not getting the ticket. Prices were through the roof the day people found out about it. Many people sent a huge complaint, but they weren't going to actually do anything about it. The prices just kept going higher and higher on ebay, and new acutions popped up daily. It just seems like the fans have been forgotten when fans can't go because they don't have ten thousand dollars to see a few shows... I don't think that most true fans are selling for 5-10X face, so that just leaves the grubbers. Ahh for the days of the Schvice... Prepaid with money order and never got denied a show... I guess Big Cypress will have been my last.

AC would be really nice that time of year... A person bathroom would have also changed things a little, I think. By the second day, there were areas so muddy, the trucks couldn't get in to empty the portapotty's, so it overflowed into the main walkways (just past one of the entrances to the shows). The rain continued throughout. People were running and sliding in mud, only for 20-30 feet out from the bathrooms, it wasn't mud...

It was so gross!!! I'm sure the cow patties didn't help. The gross thing was people were rolling around in it. The other bad year was two years ago during the drought...there was a huge dust cloud over the camp. It was like a herd of cattle. Everyone looked like they were prepared for the dessert with bandanna's wrapped around their face. I had to buy one from a hippy because it was so bad I started to get allergies. On a good note there are lots of great bands and music. Good times and new friends. Have fun because everyone needs to experience it. And not to mention PHISH!
