Well, if I'm not mistaken, you, angie, and the kids were coming over again sometime. Bruetus and BK and families will probably show up. Then I'll be having a big bash where everyone on here is invited.

Actually pretty funny. The guy who delivered it (owner, not the pit builder) goes, "how did you talk your wife into something like this when she's a vegitarian???"

I told him, "I don't know...didn't ask" :lol:

You know Sara. She's way cool. I don't know what the hell I'd do if I had a wife that told me what to do. I guess find a new one :lol:

Where is this meat hookup? Whats a good place to get good meat at adecent price in STL? Schnucks & Dierbergs just dont cut it. And my local retailer is kinda high although his quality is great.

Sam's club has not only the best prices but some of the best cuts you'll find. I've worked at numerous restaurants around St. Louis and you would be amazed of the amount of places that purchase certain types of meat there.

justin, do you only use lump or do you use charcoal briquettes sometimes?

I use lump sometimes. Sometimes some charcoal but not with this. I'll probably throw a handful of lump or whatever to start the base but will cook with Logs only. Mainly oak. Some hickory, cherry, pecan, and maybe some apple

I love it so much more than grilling. Much more time outside with the kids. Less watching. more beer

I'm like latazyo, I only have a Weber. You need to add the number of webers that fit in there to your stats log!!! Haha
