I am selling my 6 month old Quaker Parrot. New managment of my apt. building informed me that i could no longer keep him/her.
The bird has not been sexed so im not sure if it is m or f. I named him Stuart and he is very friendly. I raised the bird since it hatched and fed it with a syringe every 4 hours until it got big enough to ween out so it thinks people are its parents. Quakers are very smart and among the top 10 best talking birds in the world. At 6 months he already says..Hi Stuart, Pretty bird, whistles at you, and gives kisses. He also responds to "step up" and "cmere Stuart". Quakers sell for $300 and the cage i paid $250 for "its really nice." Im asking $200 for both to the right person as i dont need the money i just want to make sure he gets a loving home.
I will post some pics of Stuart and the cage as soon as i go get more batteries for my camera.
