There are a bunch of helpful people on this site so I'm very grateful for the community. That being said, the best deal I could find was just emailing my local dealership. I wasn't aware of this going in, but Subaru's are heavily discounted right now. A simple email and i was getting quotes that were 10% off of MSRP (and significantly less than invoice). I'm waiting to pull the trigger until we know when we'll be physically back at work.

Thats sounds pretty good, a couple of months ago you could get 10% off and lately it has been 5% or less. So maybe it is getting better. I was thinking just wait for the new model WRX because if I am going to pay full price I might as well get the newer model.
