Ive had good luck with Air around the clock. Not the cheapest but reliable and resolve the issue. Once that frige was done I bought a Kenmore, and although in 2 years ive had 2 breakdowns (one ice maker, other freezer), they covered it all 100% with in reasonable time, even spoiled food.
You could also try a 3 in 1 from amazon for around $15 it might get your fridge up and running and it would be diagnostic at the same time. You could also test your compressor with a multimeter there are lots of videos online (takes only a few minutes). If it is shot it might not be worth getting it fixed. I have next to 0 knowledge of fridges and fixed mine pretty quick using some website.. might have been partselect.com?
