maroun.c....I'm assuming you're talking about the black and white shots where part of the photo is in color? I forget the exact process (on PS, yes), but I do remember it involves using the history brush. I know, not much help. I'll try to look it up later when I get home.

the best way to color B&W shots is to make a hue/saturation layer and desaturate the whole image. Next, using a layer mask paint out the parts you want to be colored with a black brush tool. its that easy.
