Out of the hobby for a while...now want to start a Nano

Hey guys! I'm back in the game now that my house is almost finished. I was moving around a lot and my tank never had time to settle.

Background:

I've been reefkeeping since about 1997. I've had a 55 gallon reef, 120 gallon reef, and a 40 gallon cube with quite a different array of lighting and filtration.

I'm planning on a Nano tank. Looking at the 24 gallon Aquapod with the 150 watt HQI. I want to keep SPS and Clams. My question is what do you guys think about this tank set up? Is there room in the overflow compartment to fit a hang on Skimmer like a Red Sea Prizm or the like?

Thanks for the help/suggestions.

That's a good tank. Open top so evaporation will be an issue.

JBJ is coming out with a 28 gallon nanocube that will have mh built in. The preorders are at www.nanotuners.com but I would wait to see some reviews on it first.

Not sure about the skimmer in question, I know there is a saphire brand skimmer that can fit into the back chambers on aquapods and nanocubes. Check out nanotuners for that info.

I was also thinking about a 29 gallon Biocube but not sure if the 20" sunpod will fit on it............anyone know this?
