Well I had my apex going perfect for 3 years until the mother board stop working so i sent it in for repair, to find out it needed replacement. So they told me I will have new software when I get back so I went for it. Well I got it back and decided to clean up things a bit and move things to diffrent location, after doing this I started with (3) EB8 Down to only needing only (2)
So after I installed again I see that I did not need to do anything but now my issue is both (2)EB8 are not working(all 16 outlets), I also added the third eb8 and it does not come up on screen
Is it there a way to reset?
My display and iPhone show all outlets on but nothing?
All eb8 show green status light color.
I also added a 4 outlet for high amp draw and that did not come up
Am I doing something or do I need to add?
I thought new software was plug and play?
