Overflow Advice

I am looking into getting quotes on several size acrylic tanks but not sure how big the overflows would need to be. I do know that I want external overflows and 2 of them on. The tank would be an inwall so the overflows would be on the back.

The tank sizes I will be getting quotes on are:

96x30x25 - 312gal.
96x36x25 - 374gal.
120x30x25 - 390gal.
120x36x25 - 468gal.

What would you recommend for overflow size on those tanks? I would looking to run a max of 2000gph through the overflows, but more likely around 1500. 1.5" drains fine?

order a full lenght over flow with a single big box where you need it to be. if your in wisconsin i would recomend talking to chris at midwest cutom aquariums. he is in minnesota and you will save money on shipping. you might be able to go and pick it up to really save on shipping.

I think using the RC calculator you would need at least 22 inches of overflow length.

I mean for 1500gph. I didn't double check, but that's about what I was aiming for on my overflow.
