Overflow drain

Im setting up my 180 and i want to use both lines for drains as i will have a large basement sump .. What is the best way to set this up in my overflow boxes to drain the water quickly , non restricted and quietly ? I will be using a hammer head return pump so i will have enough power to return it back up

Is it the standard glass tanks with dual overflows and a 1in and 3/4in drain in each overflow box?

How much flow will the pump be pushing?

yes it is the standard size , the pump i can dial back as it can pump up to 4500 gph
