Overflow

Is it possible to do a herbie style overflow while drilling the back glass of my aquarium? Prefer to have the back glasss drilled so was curious if possible Not wanting to do a bean, little overkill on my tank. 1 emergency drain is plenty.. Thanks

If you drill the back of your tank, it would be natural to assume that you plan to use some kind of external overflow. If you want to do Herbie (2 pipes) rather than Bean (3 pipes), simply use or make a box with two holes...
