Overstocking and fish choice

Right now in my 75 gallon I have -
2 clarkii clowns - 2in
6 line wrasse - 2in
tomini tang - 3in
sandsifter goby - 3 1/2 in
chalk basslet 2 1/4in
2 cleaner shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp
various snails and hermits CUC

It is mainly and SPS tank with a few zoa colonies.

Am I full or could I add another fish to the mix. Im really looking for something that will be a bit more of an open swimmer and a good personality. Any suggestions?

in my 75g tank (its a 100g system) I have
2 percs
3 firefish
1 flasher wrasse
1 swollowtail angel
various snails and hermits

I am planning to add several more fishes, I think that you might be able to add maybe 2-3 more. personally, I would add a springers dottyback and a blenny of some kind.
