i have 6 fish, lots of shrooms, 3 corals.

2 chromies seem to stay facing up in an upper corner of the tank. they all go crazy at feeding time. Guessing not enough oxygen?

I would say they are getting bullyied. But if oxygen is the cause you would notice rapid breathing. This is not due to low oxygen in most cases, usually its a bacterial thing coating the gills. So they could be sick, but I doubt that.

maybe my flame angel was the bully, last week my fairy wrasse jumped, yesterday my flame was dead with its head stuck in a rock. had to use a clip to get him out. the only other fish i have is a cardlial, firefish, and clown

so i guess if the chromies start swimming again, it was the flame angel

I would check your ammonia to be on the safe side if you haven't done so already. I agree that another fish antogonizing your chromis is probably the problem. You can also check your pH, since low oxygen would likely lower your pH (higher CO2)

ammonia is at 0 and ph is at 7.8 PH has been 7.8 for the life of the tank. 2.5 yrs

i recall seeing the flame turning its back to a chromie and fluttering its back to him
