Ozone with ZeoLith system in NPS tank?

The zeolithic mineral(s) within the media itself is virtually unaffected by ozonation, although certain non-zeolithic components within the media (... like iron, for example ...) may be affected by ozonation. The biomass of bacteria that have colonized the media may be diminished, as may be the biomass of bacteria that are inoculated into the water column. The degree of bacterial "sterilization" will be determined by the concentration of ozone and its configuration (contact time, for example). Similarly, the nutrient supply utilized by bacteria within the system can be altered by the application of ozonation (... NO2 oxidized to NO3, for example ...), and this in turn can alter the metabolic functioning of the bacteria guilds within the system. Such impacts on bacterial metabolic behavior may be either positive (increased nutrient availability) or negative (destruction of useful nutrients or coenzymes).

Assuming that you're referring to a filtration configuration that utilizes zeolithic media either passively, or within a "reactor", which product line ... Korallen Zucht's, Fauna Marin's, Brightwell Aquatic's, Elos', or a combinational hybrid? I ask because the supplements of certain product lines contain chemicals whose characterstics can be altered by ozone (... the chemical's ionic state can be changed, or the active ingredients within the supplement can be torn apart via oxidation).

No question that properly applied ozonation can enhance the "effectiveness" of a compatible skimmer. It can also produce low molecular weight dissolved organic compounds (from high molecular weight dissolved organic compounds) that are more easily utilized by bacteria and other microorganisms within the system. But it's neither as "safe", nor straightforward, as might be assumed.
