Paint still fresh, need some quick replies

I just finished painting my tank with krylon fusion.

Problem is, while I was painting some wind decided to blow, and some paint got inside of the tank, and outside of it.

I removed the outside one using wd-40 and vinegar, and cleaned it all off with water.

Problem is, how do I remove the marks on the inside?

I don't want to use the wd-40 on the inside unless its safe.

I need some quick replies...

No it won't scratch it as long as you keep it level to the glass. Its like shaving . Many people use razor blades to scrape algae and such. The only way you could scratch the glass is if you slipped and a corner dug in. Just be careful and it should come right off.

is this on your 3 gal.? is it an acrylic tank or glass. on glass a razor won't scratch it. on acrylic I am not sure, a credit card and elbow greese?

I found another solution.. who knew a magfloat was so useful.. lol
