Hello all,
How can you tell if two clown fish are paired??
And dose this mean that they WILL mate or Might?

Usually if you see two clownfish together then they are a pair.
It does not mean they will mate. They will mate if they feel comfortable and everything is stable for a while. It took my maroons 2 years to start laying eggs. My pair of tomatoes still haven't laid eggs after around 4 months. Some never spawn, but if you keep them together long enough they probably will. Also if they are alone in a tank they are more likely to spawn.
