Pairing Mandarins

How would I get a pair of mandarins, either the ones with the circles or the regular ones?

Spotted and psychedelic.

The dorsal fins are the way to determine the sex. One is squared off. The other is a point. Very easy to distiguish. I just forgot which is which

One of the older issues of reefkeeping magazine did mandarins as the photo slide show. It has numerous pictures of males and females of both species. Very easy to tell once you know what you are looking for - male have the dorsal spike females do not.
