The fungus is among us.
I've seen pairs for sale of the firefish and the blenny. However, they were already paired on DD. In fact, I just bought a pair of purple firefish from there today!
That said, I don't know that any of those species are very easy to sex. You might have to buy a pair or watch a group at the LFS for pair behavior.

The first three that you posted can definately be paired. What do you mean by tail spot?
For the fairy wrasse, you just get two or more females and the dominant one will turn into a male. You can also purchase already established pairs every now and then.
With firefish you need to get a few of them and wait for a pair to form. Once a pair forms you need to remove the other firefish or they will most likely be killed.
I'm not positive on how to pair midas blennies, but I have seen pairs kept together, so it can be done.
