i think they are getting way to much flow right now and won't fully open

I am pretty sure they are Caribean Grandis. They do not like a lot of flow or light as a general rule, and they must be fed for them to thrive.

Yes. very easy to keep don't need much flow and as for feeding ,I don't spot feed but I feed my fish heavy so the corals get the leftovers!

Cinamaon Polyps are a color morph of Caribean Grandis.

do grandis only come from the caribean?
