paly question

does anyone know palys will cycle like a leather coral? for example, my rock of pink palys is now half closed. they've been in the tank for 6 weeks or so. now half the rock is closed up. anyone have any thoughts on this? everything else in the tank is doing great, including all the other zoas/palys.

Mine have done that in the past as well. I did not keep track of a cycle, but I would not worry about it unless they stay like that for another 2 weeks.

yeah, just keep your eye on them.. might be a predator or irritator... they might just be cleaning themselves... if that's the case, they should be open for yah between 2-7 days... some take longer than others..
