Paly's keep self decapitating ???

When I first got them, put them on the sand in direct light, they did it. Then moved them to indirect light, they did it again. Then I scrounged 3 of the heads from my sump, superglued them to a frag mount. This time, I stuck them in the shade. They did it again ??? It's like they open up and look great everyday. But just start extending and then the tube looks like it's pinching itself till the head is seperated. I've basically had them in lower flow areas ???

I have some paly's doing the same thing they seem to reject super glue. Try gluing them in such a way that part of there stalks are touching a rock or the plug. That seemed to help me.

I think you may be on to something. I'm gonna treat them like shrooms and put them in a bowl full of frag mounts with indirect flow, I know that they will attach that way. One was attached to the rubble from my sump within 2 weeks.
