Palythoas and Zoanthids look sick

Hey!

My Palythoas disk is bent back. It is kind of hard to explain how they look. Anyone have any ideas?

My zoanthids' stalk looks alot longer than usual, and the top of them look kind of like the top of a muffin (best description I can think of). They also seem to have shrunk.

Both of them are about 11 inches from the top of the tank, and 13 inches from the lights. The lights are 2x65 watt lights.

Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate are all 0.

My questions are, "Is something wrong with them? Am I doing something wrong?"

Oh, one other question. How is a new variety of Zoa found? Are they just discovered in nature, or is their something that happens in the tank?

I've had my Protopalys do that from time to time and it seems like many say to feed them (the Protos will eat alot of the time since they are so much larger, in general). How old are the lights? That is always my first question, as my corals tell me when it is time to change them. I've never really done anything to correct it when I've had the flipped oral disc.

As for new zoa morphs/varieties, they just come in a multitude of colors (aside from species differences). Many will morph in a tank and change quite a bit, but they usually stay within the same color pattern, just different shades. Lighting seems to be the 'changer'. I've got one in particular that has tye dyed itself and looks very little like the Dragon Eyes they started out as, but most see changes within the same color tone. I'd post some pics of what I'm talking about with the tye dye, but Photobucket is down for maint right now...
