Hi guys,

I would like to introduce to you my Juwel Lido mixed reef, if I may?

The tank has been running for just over a year now, and has been my first dabble into the wonderful world of saltwater. I have definitely been bitten by the bug and am planning/dreaming of my upgrade when we move into our new house!

So a little spec sheet to start with and then some piccies - which I'm sure everyone loves, right?

Amazing pictures! I really like the names of your fish too  (Gotta love big bang theory).

AMAZING!!! wow what camera?

Thank you.

I use a Sony A300 with a Sigma 105mm macro lens.

Cheers. BBT all the way :D We did have a Bi-Colour Angel named Howie but him and Rajesh didn't get on so he had to go back :(

I agree. Very nice. How about some full-tank, still photos from various angles?

Thanks. I will try my best to update with some FTS shots, I change it around that much that they quickly become obsolete! Plus my normal lens is pants compared to the macro.

Thanks guys.

I have a few more pictures which I would like to share with you....

And a few of my Torch and Stylo under the Radion at high noon - I love the many phases this light casts over my tank:

And finally one of my green Acro which is really taking off now, and long may it continue:

I was getting fed up of my Chalk goby covering my sand dwelling LPS with sand so devised this little platform for them. Fingers crossed it keeps them safe for a little while:spin2:

Thank you.

The temp controller works perfectly, infact I've just wired up another one this evening for use on my 3x2x2 upgrade.

The upgrade will hopefully be a big step forward compared to this tank. The Lido was great to get to grips with Saltwater but I know how I want the new tank and will be much more specific over my coral choices.
