I have been having trouble with cloudy water in my tank and today my Panther Grouper was acting weired so I tested the water and the ammonia was at .2.
I posted here for the general tank issues but figure I would post here with concerns about the grouper. I do not want to double post but want to try an get any help I can.

The grouper is acting strange, being lethargic, and spinning around.
I do not see any signs of ich. He seems normal, but more I stare, maybe i see issues with his scales (not as smooth), but it could be nothing.
I have prazipro and can treat the tank with that, but not sure if I should or just wait.
Any ideas?
