panther grouper won't eat

I have a 4" Panther Grouper in my 180 gallon FOWLR. He really has never been a big eater as everyone say's on the post's. I have tried every type of meaty frozen food there is out there from mysis and brine shrimp. bloodworms, krill, squid and silversides. The only thing he has ever eaten is frozen shrimp from Shop Rite which I have to cut up into real small pieces or he will not eat. Lately he has not eaten even the frozen shrimp that I have been lowering to the rocks that he always hides in with my tongs. He is in the tank with 8 other fish, none of which bother him or he bothers with. I have not seen him anything for around five days now

Any ideas???

What 8 other fish do you have in your 180 with him? Sounds like it might be cramped....... Panthers are usually very voracious eaters, not really needing any coaxing. Something is definitely wrong..

2 Maroon Clowns
1 Humu Humu trigger
1 Niger Trigger
1 Yellow Tang
1 Naso Tang (small)
1 Twin Spot Coris (small)
1 One Spot Foxface

All fish are juveniles except for the Yellow tang and Clowns. He used to come up to the top of the tank and go right after the shrimp without any problems. Now nothing. I do not want to lose him.

I will give them a try if I can find them in my area. I am assuming you mean live ghost shrimp. I have only seen live brine shrimp.
