Does anyone know if there is a store within PalmBeach to North MIA that sells a PAR 38 Bulb. The kind that plugs into a regular light socket..

What degree is it?

I went to Lowes and saw they carry these bulbs...but they were all 3k-5k.

I would need one atleast 14k...

no the highest you would get one at would be 6,500k could not find any bigger you could order online and get all ranges.

Ahh...

I figured that much.

The problem is Home Depot wants something like $25-$30 for a bulb, while some of the online shops want $80+ for one...

I was hoping to get lucky and scoop one up for cheap...

no luck there. if its for a refugium light there's only one led bulb that gives 6500k and it works and no heat. Bright yellow light for refugium look at all the led's 1w a piece and there's 40 of them so 40 watts. my nitrates went to 0 in 3 days. started at 20ppm
