I didn't think they needed a ton of light. Scolymias are placed on the bottom anyway, no? So, of course, introducing anything to ur tank is done starting @ the bottom you are gonna have the lowest amt of light possible.
I have seven scolies under 50-65 PAR and the colors are all great. I also feed them twice a week so that may have something to do with it. I'd say 100 pv is on the higher end. I've seen them go south under higher light quickly.
Yeah, I might have to move it down just a bit. It's on some rockwork about 1/3 from the bottom and doing okay so far but I was concerned I might be pushing it as it is in full unobstructed light.
