Paraguard - In reef for ich?

Anyone have any experience with this?
Paraguard from Seachem. Says for treatment in tank.
I have small ICH spots on 2 fish..

I do not recommend adding any chemicals to a display tank, especially one with inverts and corals.

Paraguard does contain malachite green and aldehyde - not safe for inverts/corals.
