Paraguard or Cupramine with Prime?

All -

I have a QT tank set-up - it's a used 46 gallon bowfront that I had, it's cycled and everything is fine - water quality wise.

In this tank, I've been using tap water, treated with Prime. A good RO/DI system will be coming along eventually but this is the best I have for now. Anyway - I know there can be some random reactions with different things, so I want to make sure I'll be going about this the right way.

I like Seachem's Paraguard (used it before with good results IMO) and would like to use it again. I've never used Cupramine but a lot of folks swear by it. I am also planning on using PraziPro.

My main concern is - is there or would there be any reaction using Prime with either Paraguard, Cupramine or PraziPro?

Oh - I sent an e-mail to Seachem asking for their input, but apparently their support person is out until the 12th of November. I can always call Seachem and ask, but that would have to wait until Monday at least.

I added a pair of ocellaris clowns to the QT today but wasn't planning on medicating them for a little bit anyway, just so they can get used to being in there and eating, then I would start proactively medicaing.

Any help or feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

Leave your tap water aerate for 48 hours before mixing salt, the chlorine will evaporate. Do NOT use prime and cupramine together, since it becomes very toxic.
